Handmade Twist Pen Ball Point Made from Philadelphia Veterans Stadium seat.

Thank you for taking the time to view this beautiful hand-crafted twist action pen. This is the perfect gift for the Philadelphia sports fan. The body of the pen is sourced from the plastic seats from Veterans Stadium in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, previous home of the Eagles and Phillies.  

The Antique Brass brings out the details of the body of the pen. 

The top of the pen is sculpted to display a professional football stadium. Banners hang below large windows and wrap around walkways. The interior of the stadium captures components in fine detail including scoreboard, fan seating and hallways. The pen clip features a player in motion holding the ball with one arm and stiff arming with the other. When twisting the pen to extend the refill, the marker will mark different points of the field center band. The football field center band includes etched field lines and numbered yardage markers. The pen tip replicates a football with pigskin texture. 

My process in creating this pen includes drilling the material and epoxying in a brass tube, turning the material on a lathe and a seven-step finishing process before assembly. No two creations are the same. 

The pen uses Parker style refills available at most office supply stores. 

This pen makes for an ideal holiday, birthday or special occasion gift. 

Wooden desk display is included. Display is made from maple wood and includes a slot for the Certificate of Authenticity provided by the supplier of the pen body material. Each pen and desk display is unique due to the material used in making the pen or the desk display. Material grain may vary. Clear pen stand is not included.
